Orders are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours during the week. Most small items will be shipped via USPS, most large items via UPS or FedEx
Occasionally some products are on back order, you will be informed if the item you ordered is on back order and you can cancel the order or wait for the back order, your choice.
If you think you have received a defective product, email us within 7 days of delivery and report
the problem you are having, arrangements will be made for you to return the product and get it replaced if defective.
Our total liability to you the customer in any transaction regardless of circumstances of sale shall be limited to the price paid per item, credit card, shipping and handling fees are excluded.
